If your withdrawal request via the electronic payment system was declined with the comment "Please confirm that your e-wallet is under your name or contact FBS Customer Support," this means that you need to confirm that your e-wallet is verified and belongs to you.
To do that, send us a screenshot from your e-wallet settings page where we can see your name and the e-wallet account e-mail. Below you can find the example of the confirmation for the following e-wallets:
As soon as you confirm that your e-wallet is verified and belongs to you, you will be able to withdraw normally to your wallet. In case your previous request was rejected, please create a new one in “Finances”.
Attention! Wallet confirmation is required at the first withdrawal of your profit (over the deposit) via a specific e-wallet. This rule applies to crypto-wallets as well.
In addition, since crypto-wallets are often nameless, you need to provide us with a screenshot of the address and a successful wallet verification as proof of ownership.
