Please, remember that a client can transfer funds to their Partner's account only in case the Partner transferred the funds to the client's account first.
Also, we would like to remind you that a client can transfer funds to their Partner's account only in case both Partner's Personal Area and the client's Personal Area are verified.
To transfer funds, please, kindly follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Personal Area;
- Click on Finances in the menu on top of the page;
- Click on "Transfer to Partner";
- State the account;
- Specify the amount you want to transfer;
- Click on the "Transfer" button.
You will be able to see the status of this transaction in the Transaction History.
